This is an update of my previous review and the excellent Customer Service I received. In posting my previous review I mentioned that my magnets were falling out and rusting some. In the response Fast Cap had me contact them for a replacement. I did and I received 2 new Pro Holds. All I can say is great Customer Service and Support of your Product. I'm changing my review to 5 stars. Thanks, Dan
I now have had the Pro-Hold for several years. To say it rates up there with the most useful tool, would be an understatement.I am an avid DIY.It has been great for me when working with screws and bits. The only downside, I have experienced is the covering on the back that held in the magnets has deteriorated,causing a few magnets to fall out.In turn some of them are rusting. I am thinking a cleaning off the rust on them. Then a epoxy over the top, will solve this problem.This is why I only gave a 4. Dan
