Is the file replaceable?
Yes.
Does the Edge Break work on PVC?
For a PVC edge banding, it will work. It may gum up quickly as any file would on PVC. Which just means more cleanings. The filing edge is a standard steel file.
Does the Edge Break reach the inside corner?
Yes.
